We spend most of our days here at the office on Chowringhee Road. It's a busy part of Kolkata, right on the 5th floor. R H Progressive Developers Llp is mostly just us working on different building projects around the city. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we stay focused on the paperwork and planning. We aren't a huge team, just local people trying to get things done right. Sometimes the lifts are slow, but that’s just how it is in these older buildings. We handle the development side of things, dealing with contractors and making sure the sites are moving along. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Most of the work happens out on the sites, but this is where the main coordination happens. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. People know where to find us if they need to drop off documents or have a chat about a project. It isn't anything fancy, just a workspace with some desks and a lot of files. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project has a delay, we deal with it. If things are going well, we just keep moving to the next step. Kolkata is a big place and there’s always something being built or fixed up. We are just one small part of that whole process, sticking to our corner of Chowringhee and getting the daily work finished.
