QUINTESSENCE INFRACON LLP

Quintessence Infracon LLP is based out of Behala, specifically at 69/1 Mitra Colony. We are on the second floor, flat 2A. Finding the place can be a bit of a headache because of the LP-114/5/7 marking, but once you are here, it’s just a normal office. We spend most of our time looking over building plans and talking to folks about construction stuff. Kolkata is a busy place and Behala has its own rhythm, especially with the traffic near the colony. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of people. It is a small team here. Most of us have lived in West Bengal all our lives. The office stays pretty warm in the summer, so the fans are always on high. We deal with various infracon tasks, mostly just coordinating different parts of the building process. It’s not glamorous work. There’s a lot of talking on the phone and waiting for permits to come through. We drink a lot of tea while going through the blueprints. Some of the projects take longer than others, and there are always some delays with weather or materials. That is just how the business goes. We try to keep things moving as much as we can from our little spot in Mitra Colony. It’s a decent place to work and we know the area well. We just take it one day at a time.
