QUESTQUEEN NIRMAN LLP is located on the 5th floor of 95A, Park Street in Kolkata. It is a famous street, but our office is just a regular workplace. We don’t have the flashy interiors you might expect from this part of town. It is mostly just desks, cabinets, and people talking about construction schedules. We spend our days coordinating between different sites and making sure we have enough materials for the week. The 5th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of Park Street, but you can still hear the city hum. We are a small group of people who have been in the building trade for quite a while. We aren't looking to impress anyone with big presentations. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with laborers and site foremen. We drink way too much coffee and spend half our time looking for misplaced paperwork. That is just how it goes in this industry. We handle the planning and the execution of various building projects around the city. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when we are nearing a project end. We just keep at it and try to stay on top of everything. No nonsense, just the daily grind of the construction business in a busy city like this one. We enjoy the challenge of solving everyday problems.
