Purti Group

Up on the 4th floor of Plot No.14 on N.S. Road, that’s where you’ll find the Purti Group office. It’s a bit of a trek up, but once you’re here, it’s a quiet place to talk about property. N.S. Road is always busy, so being a few floors up gives us a bit of peace to get our work done. We handle all sorts of real estate matters from this desk. It’s not a flashy showroom or anything like that. Just a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that tell the history of local land deals. We’ve spent years getting to know the ins and outs of this neighborhood. People come to us because they know we’ve been on N.S. Road for a long time. We don't use fancy slogans or try to sell people things they don't need. Usually, it's just a conversation about what’s available and what the realistic prices are. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to walk, but that’s just part of the day. We’re just regular people working in the property market. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we’re running a global empire. It’s about helping a neighbor find a shop or a family find their first apartment. Simple, straightforward, and no nonsense. That’s just how we operate up here on the 4th floor.
