Down at 15/1A, Loudon Street, you’ll find the office for Psl. It’s an old part of the city, and the building reflects that. It has high ceilings and those thick walls that keep the heat out a little bit during the summer months. We’ve been here for a while, and the place feels very lived-in. There’s no fancy branding on the walls or modern glass partitions. Instead, we have heavy wooden furniture and cabinets that are bursting with old files and papers. We don’t go by a long name, just Psl. People often ask what it stands for, and we usually just give a short answer and get back to work. The street outside is lined with trees, which is nice, but the parking is a nightmare most days. Most of us take public transport or just walk from the main road. The atmosphere inside is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or follow a strict corporate code. If someone needs a hand with something, they just ask. We spend a lot of time going through emails and making sure our records are up to date. It’s mostly just administrative stuff and keeping track of various projects we have going on. We don’t have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just show up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and head home in the evening. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it has worked for us so far.
