You can find us on the second floor of 63/3B Sarat Bose Road. It’s a busy area in Kolkata and we like being right in the middle of things. We are developers, so our days are filled with looking at sites and talking to contractors. Sarat Bose Road is always crowded with traffic and people, which keeps us on our toes. We have been working from this office for a while now. It’s not a massive place, just a workspace where we get things done. We don't have a team of hundreds of people. We are a small group of people who know the local property market. Developing a space takes a lot of patience. There is a lot of back and forth with different departments and workers. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. We just look at what can be built and try to make it happen. Sometimes we are in the office and other times we are out looking at old buildings or new plots. Kolkata is a city that is always evolving, and we are just one of the many companies trying to add something to the skyline. We deal with the usual headaches like rain stopping work or prices of cement going up. We don't have a PR team. We just answer the phones ourselves and talk to people directly. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and work.
