PROMENADES BUILDCON LLP

We are set up on the second floor of 82/7/N Ballygunge Place. It’s a nice enough spot in Kolkata, though the stairs can be a bit much if you’re carrying heavy files. Promenades Buildcon LLP is what we call ourselves, and we’ve been operating from this West Bengal office for a while now. The neighborhood is fairly active, so there’s always something happening outside the window. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of drawings spread out everywhere. We do construction work, which basically means we’re always checking on sites or arguing with suppliers about when things will arrive. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the actual labor of planning and managing builds. We know the 700019 area well. It’s got that old Kolkata feel mixed with some newer bits. Sometimes the rain slows us down, or the heat makes it hard to stay on site for too long, but we get through it. We aren't a massive firm. We prefer keeping things on a smaller scale so we can actually see what’s going on. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking and re-checking measurements. Nothing too exciting, just steady work. We try to stay out of the way and just get the projects finished as they come in. It might not be the most high-tech office in the world, but it works for what we need to do each day. We focus more on the bricks than the branding.
