PRIORITY BUILDWELL LLP

You can find us at 1447/1 in Madurdaha. This neighborhood is really picking up lately, with new buildings going up on almost every corner. Priority Buildwell LLP is just a small office in the middle of all that activity. We spend most of our time out in the sun at the actual building sites. Our office is mostly for keeping the ledger books and having a place to sit when the heat gets too much. We aren't the type to sit in meetings all day. We’d rather be seeing how the foundation is looking or talking to the carpenters. There is always a lot of noise around here from the mixers and the drills. It can be a bit chaotic. We have a few guys who have been with us since we started. We share lunch together most days, usually something simple brought from home. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of our notes are still hand-written in thick registers. If something goes wrong at a site, one of us just jumps on a scooter and goes to fix it. We don't wait for a committee to decide. People in Madurdaha know us as the guys who are always around the site. We just try to do a decent job and get the keys to the owners when we said we would. It is hard work but seeing a family move into a place we built makes it worth the sweat.
