PRIME ECO-BUILDERS LLP

We are located on the 13th floor of the Acropolis building at 1858/1 Rajdanga Main Road. It’s a well-known spot in the Kasba area. Even though we are in a big building, we are a small team working as an LLP. We focus on building projects. Being in Kasba means we are near a lot of the action in south Kolkata. We spend a lot of our time looking at how to make buildings more practical. We don't use a lot of fancy talk about what we do. Building is about bricks, mortar, and a lot of planning. We are often up here on the 13th floor looking at drawings or talking to suppliers on the phone. Sometimes the lift in the building is busy and it takes a while to get up here, but we don't mind. We aren't a huge corporate office with lots of departments. We just have a few rooms where we manage everything. The view from up here is good, but we are usually too busy with work to notice. We deal with all the usual problems like finding good labor and making sure the materials are delivered on time. It can be stressful, but we’ve been doing this for a while. We don't have any big mission statements. We just want to build things that stay standing and serve their purpose for the people who use them. Our days are just a mix of paperwork and site visits.
