PRIME AVAS LLP

Prime Avas LLP is based in the Acropolis building on the 13th floor. It’s over on Rajdanga Main Road in the Kasba area. Being up that high gives us a pretty good view of the city, but we spend most of our time looking at site plans and dealing with local regulations. The building is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us. We deal with real estate and housing, trying to get people into places that fit what they need. It’s not always a smooth process because there are always permits to get and inspections to pass. We are a small group of people working here. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures. We just talk to people and try to explain things clearly. Kasba is a busy part of Kolkata, and it keeps us on our toes. Most of our work involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. We try to be as straightforward as we can. It’s just the way we like to do things. No big corporate speeches, just the daily grind of checking on progress and making sure the details are right. Some weeks are more hectic than others, especially when a project is finishing up. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of tasks. There is always a lot of tea drinking and talking over the next steps.
