Our office is at Flat 4A, 106 Jodhpur Park in Kolkata. It’s a nice residential neighborhood, very green and generally much more peaceful than the city center, which is hard to find. We are up on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a breeze through the windows if the weather is right. The flat has been converted into a workspace over time, so it still has that homey feel with the old tiled floors and the ceiling fans spinning overhead. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance with a security guard. Most of the people in the building are just neighbors who have lived here for decades and know us by sight. We try to keep things relatively quiet so we don't disturb the families living next door. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of tangled wires. We spend our days typing away and talking on the phone to clients or other offices. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment where everyone is in a suit. We take our time with the work to make sure it’s done right, and we usually have tea together in the late afternoon. If the elevator is broken, which happens more often than we'd like, we just get our exercise on the stairs. It’s just a normal, everyday place to work. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just here in Jodhpur Park, doing our jobs and then heading home.
