We have been based at the Vivek Vihar Apartments for quite some time now. Our office is located on the 8th floor of Block B, specifically in flat 802. It is not a fancy corporate setup, just a regular space where we handle our daily tasks. Being right on GT Road South means it is easy for us to get to work, though the traffic near the old Howrah Jute Mills can be a bit much during the morning rush. From our windows on the 8th floor, we get a decent view of the neighborhood, which is mostly industrial and residential. We spend our days mostly looking at screens and handling various documents. There is nothing very polished about how we operate. We just sit at our desks, drink our tea, and try to get through the pile of work before the day ends. Sometimes the lift in the building takes a while, so we have to plan our lunch breaks accordingly. Most of us who work here are from around Howrah, so we know the area like the back of our hands. We do not have any big signs or flashy entrances. It is just a practical place to work. We like the fact that it feels more like a home than a stiff office. It keeps things relaxed even when we are busy. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, without making a big deal out of it.
