We are located at 14 1A Sambhu Chatterjee Street in Kolkata. This part of the city is full of history and very old buildings. The street is narrow and usually packed with people, especially with College Street so close by. You can hear the trams clanging and the general noise of the market all day long. Our office matches the neighborhood. It’s not a modern glass box. It’s an older space with high ceilings and heavy wooden doors. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty, but that’s just Kolkata for you. We have been working out of this location for quite some time now. Most of us take the bus or the metro to get here. We spend our hours checking records and making sure the accounts are balanced. It’s a lot of staring at screens and flipping through paper files. We take our lunch breaks seriously, usually heading out for a quick bite at one of the stalls nearby. The tea here is excellent, and we drink a lot of it while we work. We don't put on any airs or graces. We are just a group of people doing professional work in a very traditional part of town. It’s a bit chaotic outside, but inside we try to keep things orderly and focused. We like the grit and the reality of being on Sambhu Chatterjee Street. It keeps us grounded while we deal with all those numbers.
