We are found at 20 Bagan Bari Road, in the Jadavpur Santoshpur area of Kolkata. This location is a bit further out from the main city noise, which we quite like. It has a more residential feel, and the street is lined with trees and older houses. Our office is set up in a simple way, with enough desks for everyone and a small area for meetings or just taking a break. We spend our time working on various projects, mostly dealing with the financial and data side of things for the company. The pace here is steady, and we don't feel the need to rush things unnecessarily. We like to do things right the first time. During the monsoon season, the road outside can get a bit muddy, but we just deal with it like everyone else in Kolkata. We have a small pantry where we keep our tea and biscuits for the afternoon. It is an honest workplace where people are friendly and don't put on any corporate airs. We don't talk about missions or visions; we just talk about what needs to be done by the end of the week. Being in Jadavpur gives us a nice sense of belonging to a real neighborhood.
