PREFERMENT BUILDERS LLP

Preferment Builders LLP is located right on Chittaranjan Avenue, number 28 to be exact. If you’ve ever walked down this road in Kolkata, you know it’s always loud and moving. Our office is tucked away in one of these older buildings. It’s not a fancy place, just where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to different sites. We do building work, which means a lot of time spent looking at bricks, cement, and schedules. Sometimes we sit around the big table in the back and just argue about how to fix a problem on a project. It’s honest work, even if it gets stressful when the rain starts or materials don’t show up on time. We’ve been at this address for a bit and the locals know us. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there, just trying to stay busy and do decent work for the people who hire us. Dealing with the heat in the summer can be tough when you’re out on a site, so we appreciate the fan in the office when we get back. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay ahead of the next day’s tasks. It’s a lot of coordination, but that’s just how the building trade goes in this city. Every project has its own headaches, but we just deal with them one by one.
