You can find Predestine Builders Private Limited at 5A, Manilal Banerjee Road. It’s a residential-feeling street, so it’s not as crazy as the big main roads. Our office is a modest setup. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy out front to grab attention. Mostly, we are just a small team of people who handle construction projects. We have some desks, a few chairs for when clients come over, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints in the corners. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with our building projects to worry about that. We spend our days coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough supplies like sand, cement, and bricks. It’s a lot of logistical work that most people don't see from the outside. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job on the houses and buildings we work on. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don't have a polished pitch to give anyone who walks in. If you want to know what we do, we just show you the projects we have finished or the ones we are working on right now. It’s practical, everyday work. We show up, do what needs to be done, and then head home.
