Our office is over at 17/1, Lansdowne Terrace, right on the second floor. PRATIMA NIRMAN PRIVATE LIMITED has been using this space for a good while. It's a decent spot in a fairly quiet part of town. We like the second floor because it's away from the street noise a bit. It’s a practical setup with everything we need to keep things moving. We aren't into big speeches or flashy signs. Mostly, we just sit down and get to the work at hand. 17/1 is an easy address to remember. We have been here through the hot summers and the rainy seasons. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but we don't mind. It keeps us moving. We are just a local company, PRATIMA NIRMAN PRIVATE LIMITED, doing what we know how to do. There isn't any corporate fluff here. We talk to each other plainly and treat our visitors the same way. The neighborhood around Lansdowne Terrace is quite nice for a walk during lunch. We've got our routines and we stick to them. It’s not a complicated operation. We just make sure the paperwork is done and the projects are on track. If you come by, you'll see a normal office with people working hard. That is about it for us. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just work at our own pace and make sure things are done right before the day ends.
