Prasifa Developers Private Limited

Prasifa Developers Private Limited is based out of 38 South Kodalianew Bkp. It’s a local operation and we’ve been here for a while. Our work mostly involves construction and getting new buildings off the ground. It is definitely a hands-on kind of business. We don't spend much time in suits. Most of the time we’re in work gear, either at the office or out at a site. The office itself is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets for all the paperwork. Dealing with the local authorities takes up a lot of our time, which can be a bit of a grind. We just try to be practical and get things done without too much fuss. Our neighbors know us and we try to be mindful of the noise when we have a project nearby. It’s a lot of early starts and late finishes. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just look at the plans and try to make sure everything is built right. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to fix them, that’s just life. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job in our corner of the city. Being in South Kodalianew Bkp feels right for us. It’s where we started and where we plan to stay for the foreseeable future. We just keep our heads down and get through the work.
