Pramshu Projects Private Limited has its office on Phears Lane. We are up on the second floor in Room 205 at number 90. It is right in the middle of Kolkata, zip code 700012. Mostly, our day is just a bunch of phone calls and checking on how the projects are moving along. We are a private limited company, but it feels more like a small family business when you are actually inside the office. Phears Lane is always loud and crowded, which is just how Kolkata is. We have been doing this for some time now. We take on different kinds of jobs, mostly focused on the building and structural side of things. It is not always easy work. There are always delays with weather or materials, but we manage. We aren't the type of company that puts out big glossy brochures. We just talk to people and figure out what they need built. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and blueprints laying around. But it works for us. If you need to find us, just head to the second floor. We are usually there during regular hours unless we are out at a site. We focus on getting the job finished without too much fuss. It is about the bricks and mortar at the end of the day. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The city is big, but we try to keep our focus small and local.
