PRADHANVI CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Pradhanvi Constructions LLP is located at 2/9 Arabinda Nagar, which falls under KMC Ward No 95 near the Jadavpur post office. Jadavpur is a very lively part of Kolkata, known for the university and the busy markets. Our office is right in that mix, so there is never a dull moment. We are usually busy from the early morning with workers coming in to get their daily assignments and subcontractors dropping off invoices. It is a small space, but we make it work. There are stacks of paper everywhere and the phone never really stops ringing. We do not try to sound like a giant corporation because we are not one. We are just a group of people who know how to handle construction projects. Most of our work is right here in the local wards, so we are often walking between the office and the nearby sites. The humidity in this part of town can be really draining, so there is a lot of water and tea being consumed throughout the day. We don't have any scripted speeches about what we do. We just look at the plans, hire the right people, and try to make sure the walls go up straight. It is a lot of problem-solving on the fly, which is basically what construction is all about anyway. We have been in Arabinda Nagar for a while and we plan to stay.
