Ponder Infradevelopment Llp is located at 1A, Ashutosh Mukherjee Road. We share the same building address as a few other places, so you have to look for our name on the door. The office is a no-frills kind of place. We have a couple of large tables where we can spread out drawings and maps. It’s not very organized, but we have our own system for finding things. The building is older, and you can hear the street noise all day long, which keeps things from feeling too quiet. We aren’t a big company with a lot of departments. It’s just us handling the day-to-day work. We spend a lot of time checking on project statuses and making sure the numbers are correct. It’s a lot of mundane stuff, like filing and data entry, but it’s necessary. We don’t have a dress code, so you’ll usually see us in casual clothes. Sometimes we have meetings, but they’re mostly just us sitting around the main table talking through problems. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon. We just say what we mean. If something isn't working, we figure out why and fix it. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. We have a small kettle for making coffee, and there’s usually a stack of newspapers in the corner. We like the location because it’s central, and we’ve made this space our own over the years. It’s just a normal office for people who like to work.
