You can find us, Poddar And Sadani Developers Llp, over at 14/1/1A, Jacksone Lane. It is one of those narrow lanes in Kolkata where there is always something happening right outside the door. Our office is tucked away there. It is an old building, but it serves us well for what we need. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. We deal with development and property stuff, mostly in the surrounding neighborhoods. It is a lot of walking around and checking on things because the car cannot always get through these narrow lanes very easily. We do not have a fancy sign or a big glass front like the new offices. It is just a regular door that leads to our workspace. Inside, it is mostly just desks piled with files and the smell of old paper and ink. We are not a big corporate firm with a lot of rules. We are just local people doing this work as best as we can. We know the area and the people who live around here quite well. Most of our business comes from folks who just drop by or call us up because they know we have been here for years. We do not use any fancy talk or try to sell people on things they do not need. We just look at the plans, see what is possible, and get to it.
