P.N. WEAVES PRIVATE LIMITED

P.N. WEAVES PRIVATE LIMITED is located at 45 Foreshore Road in Uluberia. It is out in the Howrah district, which is a bit of a drive from the main city of Kolkata. The road follows the river, so you get a bit of a view if you look out at the right time. Being in Uluberia means we are in a more industrial and working-class area. Our building is a sturdy place where we handle the weaving side of the business. It can be quite loud depending on what is happening that day. There is a lot of movement of materials coming in and out of the gates. The office part is pretty basic, just some sturdy desks and old chairs. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it just doesn't make sense for what we do. We are mostly focused on the production and making sure the machines are running right. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we have a good connection to the local community here. It’s a place where people work hard and there isn't much time for sitting around. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we just wipe it off and keep going. It’s a practical way of living and working that suits us just fine. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay productive until it's time to go home.
