You can find us at Flat 6B in the Malayalay building on Wood Burn Road. It is a quiet residential-feeling street but we are busy inside. We do a mix of realty and infrastructure work. That means some days we are looking at property deals and other days we are checking on construction crews at a site. The office is just a regular flat converted into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We have tea together every afternoon and talk about the current projects we have going on. We handle things across Kolkata. It is a lot of driving back and forth in the heat. The traffic is usually the biggest problem we face in a day. We try to keep our overhead low and our work honest. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or a big lobby with a receptionist. People just come up to the sixth floor and knock on the door. We've built up a decent reputation just by being around and finishing what we start. It isn't always perfect but we stay until the job is done. We know the 700020 area well and most of our work is right around here or in the neighboring districts. The views from the windows are nice when you need a break from looking at contracts. We've been in this flat for a few years and it suits us just fine. If you drop by, the doorbell is a bit finicky.
