Planman Consulting is located at 16 A Kripanath Lane in the Sovabazar area of Kolkata. This neighborhood is famous for its culture and those very narrow, winding streets that define North Kolkata. It’s just a door on Kripanath Lane that leads to our workspace. Inside, we have a few rooms filled with desks and old cupboards. It’s a bit dusty because of the age of the building and the traffic outside, but it feels authentic. We usually hear the neighbors and the local markets starting up early in the morning. Being in Sovabazar means there is always something going on nearby. We just focus on our tasks and try to stay organized among the clutter of everyday work life. People who visit us often comment on how hidden away we are, but we like the quiet of this specific lane.
