We don't have any massive signs or neon lights. It’s a very humble setup. Inside, we have our workspace arranged so that we can all see each other and talk easily. There’s a lot of consulting work to manage, so the desks are usually covered in notes and files. We have a small area where we keep the water cooler and a few chairs for guests. It’s the kind of office where you feel like you can just be yourself. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time, we’re just in our regular clothes, working through the list of things to do. The local shops nearby are great for a quick snack in the evening. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve made the space our own. It’s not perfect, but it’s where we do our best work. We just focus on staying organized and getting through the projects we have on our plate each week.
