You can find Planetarium Homes LLP up on the 20th floor at 24 Prince Anwar Shah Road. We are in flat 20A. Being up that high gives us a pretty good view of Kolkata, though we are usually too busy looking at paperwork to notice. The 700033 area is a good spot for us. It’s a bit more modern than some other parts of the city. We are an LLP, so it is a partnership between a few of us who wanted to get into the homes business. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us working at a desk. We spend a lot of time talking about construction and property details. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different people. Sometimes the lift takes forever because it’s a tall building, but we’ve gotten used to the wait. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just have this office space where we manage our projects. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everything is where it should be. We use simple tools and keep our overhead low. Prince Anwar Shah Road is always busy, but once you get up to the 20th floor, it gets a bit quieter. We just keep our heads down and try to finish our tasks for the day. That is the way we like to run things. It’s not flashy, but it works for us.
