Bk Exim

Our office for Bk Exim is at No. 154/1 Pgh Shah Road, right near the old Bengal Lamp. People always use Bengal Lamp as the landmark when they’re trying to find us, so we just put it in the address twice sometimes to make sure. Pgh Shah Road is a busy stretch, and there’s always something going on outside. The office itself is just a regular room filled with desks and a lot of paper. We handle exim work, so it’s a lot of tracking shipments and dealing with customs stuff. It gets pretty frantic around here during the peak seasons. We’ve got a small team, and we all just pitch in where we can. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. That’s just life here. We aren't a big corporate setup with glass walls or anything. It’s just Bk Exim, a local place where we know the name of the guy who brings us the mail and the tea stall owner down the street. We’ve got shelves full of old records that probably should be thrown away, but we keep them just in case. Working near Bengal Lamp has its own rhythm. We start early, stay until the work is done, and then head home through the traffic on Pgh Shah Road. It’s what we know, and we’ve been doing it this way for years without much changing in the office routine.
