Amrit Exports Pvt. Ltd.

Amrit Exports Pvt. Ltd. is based out of No. 244 Badu Road in the Digberia area of Madhyamgram. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here if you’re coming from the main city. The area around Badu Road is a mix of houses and small businesses. We have a good amount of space here, which is necessary for the type of export work we do. There’s usually a bit of dust because of the construction nearby. We spend our days tracking orders and talking to transporters. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some metal cupboards for filing and a long table where we sort things out. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always spinning. We have a small yard out front where trucks can pull in if they need to. It’s not always busy, but when it is, it gets loud. Digberia is a growing place, so there’s always something new being built. We’ve stayed in this spot because it gives us the room we need without the city prices. Most of us bring our own lunch from home. We take a break around one o'clock. The work isn't flashy, it’s just about making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. We just do our best to stay on top of the schedule and keep moving.
