Allied Exports

Allied Exports is located at 8 G. M. Road over in Baghajatin. It's a fairly quiet area compared to the city center. We have a decent-sized space here. The office is mostly filled with paperwork and some samples of things we move. It’s not a fancy place at all. We have some old wooden chairs and a few sturdy desks. Most of us have worked here for a long time now. We know the routine by heart. Baghajatin is a nice place to work because it feels more like a community. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. Our work involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things get delayed at the docks or the warehouse, and we have to spend hours on the phone. That’s just part of being in the export business. We have a small cooler for water and a kettle for tea. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Work keeps us pretty occupied. We don't really do much in the way of decoration. It's just a functional office where we manage our shipments and keep our records straight. When it rains, the sound on the windows is quite loud. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. It is just a normal office life for us.
