P.Gee Cakes & Desserts Private Limited

We are set up in the IT Chambers at Mani Square, which is located at 164/1 Maniktala Main Road. Being inside a large mall complex like Mani Square means there is always a lot of movement around us. We are on the 9th floor, so we spend a lot of time waiting for the elevators, which can be quite slow during the lunch rush. Our business is focused on cakes and desserts. While the actual baking happens elsewhere, this is where we handle all the planning and the orders. It is a bit different being in a modern building compared to a standalone shop on the street. We have a small group of people here who manage the daily tasks. Dealing with sweets in a city as hot as Kolkata has its own set of challenges, especially when it comes to keeping things from melting. We started P.Gee because we had an interest in desserts and it just grew into a full-time business from there. Our office is pretty simple with just the basic stuff we need to operate. We are not trying to be some massive corporation with a huge marketing budget. We just want to make sure the recipes are right and the deliveries are on time. It is a lot of looking at spreadsheets and talking to the kitchen staff on the phone. We just focus on our own work and try to keep things simple.
