Pge Estates Llp

We are Pge Estates Llp. Our office is on the 2nd floor at 6A Elgin Road in Bhowanipore. It's a busy part of Kolkata. People usually find us near the main road. The building is old but we like it here. We spend most of our mornings dealing with paperwork and taking phone calls about property. Sometimes the lift works and sometimes it doesn't, so we just walk up to the second floor. It keeps us moving. There are a few of us working in the office every day. We handle land matters and building projects. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic on Elgin Road. You can hear the horns all day. We have been in this spot for a while now. Most people around here know where 700020 is. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to. It is a lot of back and forth with clients. We just do our jobs and go home. There isn't much more to it. We drink a lot of tea while we look at blueprints and maps of the city. Kolkata is growing fast and there is always something to do with estates. We aren't a big fancy firm, just a local office trying to get things right. The 2nd floor has big windows but the view is mostly just other buildings and the street below. We've got a routine that works for us and we stay busy.
