Perigee Developers Private Limited

Perigee Developers Private Limited is based out of the third floor at 12 Hemanta Basu Sarani. If you know Kolkata, you know this area is always buzzing with business activity. The building we are in is one of those older structures that has a lot of character, even if the lift is a bit slow sometimes. We spend most of our hours up here on the 3rd floor. It’s a decent space where we handle all our planning and paperwork. The office itself is not very modern, it has that worn-in feel of a place where people actually work hard. We have piles of drawings and files everywhere. Hemanta Basu Sarani is a good spot for us because it’s central, though finding parking around here is a total nightmare. Most of us just take the public transport anyway. We have a few windows that look out over the street, and it is nice to watch the city move while we are drinking our afternoon chai. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity; we are just local developers trying to get things built. It's a lot of phone calls and meetings with contractors. Some days are longer than others, especially when we are trying to clear some technical hurdle. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our projects on track. There isn't much more to it than that, just staying busy in the city center and getting the work done.
