It isn't a modern office park; it feels like it belongs to the old spirit of Kolkata. We have our files, our phones, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. People Power Consultancy is a small team. We don't have a HR department or a marketing team. We just handle the work ourselves. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but we just shut the windows and keep going. We like being in Bhawanipur because it is close to everything we need. There are good places to eat nearby and the metro isn't too far away. Our setup is honest and straightforward. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with the decor. It’s just a place of work where we try to be as helpful as we can. Every day brings something different, and we just take it as it comes. We've been at 21 Ashutosh Mukherjee Road for a while and we plan to stay.
