Our office is over on Synagogue Street, right inside the Bengal Rope Works building. We are way up on the sixth floor in room 609. Patsloke Housing Estates Private Limited has been based here for a bit now. It is a busy area of Kolkata, 700001, so there is always noise from the street coming up, even on the sixth floor. We deal with housing and property stuff, which keeps us pretty busy most days. The office itself is quite simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't the type to have a big fancy sign or a polished reception area. Usually, you’ll just find a couple of us hunched over paperwork or talking on our mobiles. It is a practical setup for people who just want to get work done. We know this neighborhood very well and have seen it change over the years. Some days the elevator in the building takes forever, so we’ve gotten used to waiting. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just looking for housing help in this part of town. We are just a local business trying to provide decent places for people to stay while keeping our own operations running smoothly and honestly.
