Patsloke Developers Private Limited is located over at 115 Cotton Street in Kolkata. This part of the city is always crowded and noisy, but it’s home for us. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with local suppliers. Development work is mostly about patience and figuring out how to fit things into tight spaces. Our office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep the ledgers and meet with the guys from the sites. We've been around the 700007 area for quite some time now. Some days are slow, others we are running around trying to fix a delay. It’s how this business goes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us, working on the projects we have in front of us. Most of the time, we are out on the field anyway. When we are at the office, it’s mostly to handle the boring stuff like permits or payroll. Cotton Street has its own rhythm, and we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We take it one day at a time, making sure the work is solid. There’s always something that needs fixing or a plan that needs a second look. We don’t do anything flashy or promise things we can't deliver. Just building and developing what is needed in the local neighborhood keeps us busy and out of trouble. It is a simple life with a lot of heavy lifting.
