Our place is located at 15/8/A, The Mall, in Dum Dum. It is a well-known spot in this part of town and easy to get to. We have been doing engineering work here for many years now. The building is older, with high ceilings and those heavy wooden doors that have seen a lot of history. We handle various technical jobs and equipment maintenance for our clients. It is not a flashy setup; it is more about the practical work we do on the benches every day. Sometimes the noise from the street outside gets inside, but we do not mind it much anymore. We have a small group of workers who have been with us through thick and thin over the years. We do not use a lot of big words or marketing talk because we do not really need to. People in Dum Dum know who we are. The paperwork is kept in old metal filing cabinets that squeak every time you open them. We usually start quite early in the morning to beat the worst of the humidity. There is a lot of pride in just getting things to work again. If a machine is acting up, we take it apart until we find the problem. We do not always have the latest technology, but we know how to use what we have. It is a steady, quiet pace of work.
