Working at Parry S Care here in Kolkata is always interesting. Our office is located at 42 Doctor Sundari Mohan Avenue, and if you know this part of West Bengal, you know it stays quite busy. We handle a lot of calls and questions about Parryware stuff all day long. It gets a bit hectic sometimes when the phones don't stop ringing, but we just take them one by one. It is a straightforward job, and we don't try to make it sound more important than it is. People just want their bathrooms to work, and we try to facilitate that through the customer care line. If you walk down Sundari Mohan Avenue, you might see us popping out for a quick break. We have been in this spot for a good while and don't plan on moving.
