Parampurush Builders Llp is tucked away in Rawdon Chambers at 11A Sarojini Naidu Sarani. We are up on the third floor of the building. This part of Kolkata has a lot of history, and the building feels like it’s seen a lot over the years. Our office space is quite simple and functional. We have a few rooms where we sit and go over building plans and budgets. It’s not a high-tech setup, just some sturdy desks and a lot of paper rolls. We spend our mornings answering calls and our afternoons usually involve some kind of meeting or a site visit. Sarojini Naidu Sarani is a nice place to work, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. We have a small tea station in the corner because we all drink a lot of it while we work. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know how everyone likes to get things done. We don't really do much advertising or marketing. We just focus on the buildings we are working on at the moment. There is always something to fix or a drawing that needs changing at the last minute. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people. We try to keep things honest and just tell people what is possible. It’s a busy life, but we like being here in the city.
