Down at 55A Sarat Ghosh Garden Road in Kolkata, that is where you will find Dreamz Consultancy Services. It is a typical Kolkata street, full of life and sometimes a bit of chaos. We have been running things from this address for a good number of years. The building is older, with high ceilings and that specific smell of old paper and dust. We like it though. It has character. We are not the type of consultants who wear suits every day. Most of the time, we are just in plain shirts, sitting around the table trying to solve whatever problem is in front of us. It is a small operation. We do not have dozens of employees, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. Kolkata 31 is our neighborhood and we would not want to be anywhere else. Sometimes the tram sounds or the honking from the road gets inside, but we do not mind much. We do not do big presentations with lots of graphs unless someone really asks for it. Usually, we just sit down and talk. It is a more personal way of doing things. Our door is usually open during the day, so people just wander in. We try to be helpful.
