Paradigm Recruitment Services

We have been operating our office at 128A on 4 Nm Road in Kolkata 54 for a while now. It is a busy part of the city, and we spend most of our mornings just sorting through the piles of resumes that come in through our door or via email. Paradigm Recruitment Services is not a big corporate machine. It is just a few of us sitting at desks, making calls to different companies and seeing who is looking to hire new staff. Some days are very quiet and we just sit around drinking chai and talking about the weather, and then other days the phone will not stop ringing because a local factory or shop needs workers immediately. We try to keep track of everyone on our lists, but it gets a bit messy sometimes with all the paperwork lying around. Our space is simple, with just a water cooler and some old filing cabinets. People come in looking for work, mostly young folks or people wanting a change, and we see if we have anything that matches what they can do. It is a lot of back and forth between the bosses at these companies and the people looking for a paycheck. We have been at this address long enough that the neighbors know us. It is just how we earn a living, doing the daily work and trying to make sure the names on our list find something suitable.
