Pal & Co.

Our place is located in Sen Bagan, right in the Agarpara area. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a local business trying to make its way. Most people around here know where we are, tucked away in the neighborhood. We started small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things ourselves. The office is simple. We have a few tables and some old filing cabinets that have been with us since the beginning. It gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep it tidy enough for visitors. Life here moves at its own pace. We aren't rushing around like people in the city center. In Agarpara, you know your neighbors and you stop to talk. That’s how we run Pal & Co. too. If someone needs something, they just walk in. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just know our work and we do it every day. The morning starts with tea and a quick look at what needs to be finished by evening. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or work by the windows. It’s a very grounded way to live and work. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. We are just a local company in a quiet part of town, making sure we take care of the tasks on our desk before we head home for the night.
