Pahwa Homes Private Limited

We are situated right on the ground floor of T 82B Burtolla Street. It’s in the heart of Kolkata 700007. If you’ve ever been to Burtolla Street, you know how narrow and crowded it is. Being on the ground floor means we see everyone walking past the door. Pahwa Homes Private Limited is a small company. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. When you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of our workspace. We handle home projects and real estate stuff. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and scribbling notes on pads. The building is old, like most things in this part of town, but it’s sturdy. We like the energy of this neighborhood. There’s always something happening right outside the window. Sometimes the noise makes it hard to hear, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a big team of experts. It’s just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. Our office might look a bit cluttered with papers and blueprints, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just provide a place for people to talk about their housing needs in the city. It’s a bit cramped but it works for us.
