Paharimata Estates Llp is based at 21, Hemant Basu Sarani. We are up on the 5th Floor, in Room No - 509. This is in the 700001 area of Kolkata. Being on the fifth floor means we get a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the sky. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices. Our space is just a few rooms where we keep our maps, documents, and computers. It’s not a very polished place, but it’s where we get our work done. We spend most of our time dealing with estate matters, which involves a lot of boring but necessary paperwork. We aren't really the type to use big corporate talk. We just say things as they are. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow some days, so we have to plan ahead if we’re in a hurry. Our team is small, just a handful of people who’ve been doing this for a while. We have our morning routine with tea and then we get into the files. It’s a steady pace, nothing too frantic. Hemant Basu Sarani is a central spot, so there’s always people coming and going. We like being in this part of the city. It feels like we’re in the middle of where things happen. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand every day.
