Our office is located on the first floor of a building at 25 Sourin Roy Road. It is flat 1A. If you know the 700034 area of Kolkata, you know it is a lived-in, busy part of town. Padmandir Infraprojects is not a massive firm with hundreds of people, just a dedicated group working on local infrastructure stuff. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and making sure things are actually getting built the right way. Being on Sourin Roy Road means we are close to the heart of the city, which helps when we need to get around to different sites. It is not always easy with the traffic, but we make it work. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some files, and just enough tea to keep us going through the long afternoons. West Bengal has its own way of doing things, and we have learned how to navigate that over time. We are not here to make big promises we cannot keep. We just do the construction and project work that comes our way. Sometimes the days are long, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. We try to be fair and just do a decent job for people. It is a local business, run by people who actually live here. We know the streets, the local suppliers, and how the seasons affect the pace of our work.
