We’ve been here for a long time, and the office has definitely seen better days, but it works for us. We aren’t the type to spend a lot of money on fancy furniture or new paint every year. Most of our work is out at the sites anyway, so this is just where we come to do the paperwork and take calls. Sarojini Naidu Sarani is a good street, though the traffic can be a real pain in the afternoons when everyone is leaving work. We handle buildcon projects, which mostly means a lot of coordination with different people and making sure things are moving along. Some days are more productive than others, and sometimes we just spend hours on the phone trying to fix a single mistake. We don’t have any big slogans or goals that sound like they came from a book. We just try to get the buildings finished and keep our heads down. It’s a small office, and we know each other well, so it’s usually a pretty relaxed atmosphere despite the stress of the job. If you come by, the elevator is sometimes out of order, so you might have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. We are usually here until late in the evening.
