Padm Arts Private Limited

Our place is located at 46 Syed Amir Ali Avenue in Kolkata. It’s a very busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the street outside. We have been working from this building for a few years now. The office is a bit crowded because we have a lot of art supplies and finished pieces leaning against the walls. It’s not the most organized space, but it works for what we do. There are only a few of us here. We usually have the radio playing some music while we work. The building itself is quite old, and the stairs are a bit steep. We don't have a proper lobby, so visitors just walk straight into the main work area. We spend most of our time at our desks or moving things around to make more space. Kolkata traffic is a constant background sound here. During lunch, we usually get some food from the shops downstairs and eat together. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. We just show up and get our work done. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot to finish, but mostly we leave once the sun goes down. It's a very practical environment, and we don't worry too much about keeping things perfectly tidy. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us every single day.
