PACEWORK DWELLING LLP is based in Kolkata, specifically at Arjun Enclave. Our office is located in Flat No 4A, 12C, Judges Court Road, 700027. It's actually the same building where a few other small firms are located. We’ve been working out of this flat for some time. It’s a modest setup, mostly just some workstations and a lot of filing cabinets. Working in a residential building like Arjun Enclave gives the business a different feel. It’s less formal and a bit more relaxed. We spend our days dealing with dwelling projects, which means a lot of technical drawings and legal documents are always scattered about. Sometimes it’s hard to find a clear spot on the desk to put a cup of tea. Judges Court Road is a very central location, so it’s easy for us to get to our sites from here. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just white walls and some basic furniture. We don't have any mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just come in, check our emails, and get to work on the housing plans. The atmosphere is pretty quiet most of the time, except for when the phone starts ringing off the hook. We don't have a big marketing budget or a flashy website. We just rely on doing the work properly and letting people find us at the enclave.
