We've been around P 35 on Cit Road for a while now. Most people know the Philips More area, so finding us isn't too hard. It’s a busy spot, but we like it here. P. C. Chandra Estates Pvt. Ltd. isn't a giant operation with hundreds of people in suits. It's just a few of us trying to keep things moving. We handle a lot of paperwork and deal with property stuff every day. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with maps and files, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that does lattes. Just a regular desk and some chairs for whoever stops by. It’s mostly about getting the job done without making a big fuss. People come in asking about land or buildings, and we tell them what we know. There’s no script we follow. If we don’t have an answer right away, we go look for it. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but you get used to it after a few years. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our windows. New shops open up and old ones close down, but we’re still here doing our thing. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't quite gotten around to it yet with everything else going on. We usually have the radio playing low in the background to drown out the car horns from Cit Road. It's just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the files and keep our heads down.
