P Banrejee

I've been working here in Vill Taragoon for quite a while now. My name is P Banrejee and this is where I run things, right in the Hooghly district. It's a quiet spot near the post office in Hoera. People around here know me, and I just try to keep things moving day by day. It’s not a fancy setup or anything like you’d see in the big cities. We just deal with what comes our way. The weather gets pretty humid sometimes, but we are used to it. My desk is usually covered in papers and some tools I need. Most of the folks who stop by are locals from the village. I started this a long time ago because there wasn't much else going on in this part of Hoera. It gets busy during the harvest season, but otherwise, it's steady. I don't really have a big staff, just me and occasionally someone helping out when there is too much to carry. If you are ever walking through Taragoon, you’ll probably see the sign. It’s a bit faded now but still there. I think keeping it simple is better for everyone involved. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick. That’s how things work in Hooghly. You do a job, someone tells their neighbor, and then they show up the next week. It keeps the lights on and I get to stay close to home. That is just fine for me.
